Delivery Date & Time Requests
Orders are generally shipped via Japan Post Yu-Packet (tracking included, delivered to your mailbox).
Due to the service specifications of Yu-Packet, the following options are not available:
- Delivery date selection
- Delivery time selection

Features of Yu-Packet Shipping
Delivery via Mailbox
Orders are generally delivered directly to your mailbox/post box.
This allows for convenient delivery even when you are not at home, reducing the need for redelivery arrangements.
In addition, all products are packed in dedicated Yu-Packet compliant boxes (maximum thickness: 30mm), designed to fit standard residential mailboxes.
Tracking Service
All Yu-Packet shipments include a tracking number.
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided after shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within approximately 2–5 days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on region, weather conditions, and carrier circumstances.
Orders with Multiple Items
Depending on the size and quantity of your order, we may use a different shipping method.
Important Notes
- Missing building names or room numbers may cause delivery delays or returns.
- In cases of return due to incorrect address information or extended absence, additional reshipping charges may apply.
