Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preference

Bolt-on Zipper™ is a set product that includes a zipper unit, dedicated installation parts, and support tools.

Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges requested for customer convenience are accepted only for unopened and unused items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • We are contacted within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or had any parts missing due to customer handling

Return shipping costs for customer-requested returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product has an initial defect, damage, or fault
  • A product different from the order was delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will provide instructions regarding the return procedure. Return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by our store.


Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the specified return period
  • Opened, used, or installed products
  • Products damaged, modified, or altered by the customer
  • Partial returns of bundled or set products
  • Returns made without prior contact

Cooling-Off Policy

Products sold through our online store are purchased at the customer’s own discretion through internet mail-order sales and are therefore not subject to Japan’s cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

However, in regions where local laws grant consumers the right of withdrawal, such as the European Union, applicable local laws will take precedence.
