Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
Bolt-on Zipper™ is a product set consisting of a zipper unit without eyelets, dedicated installation screws (male/female), a punch tool, and installation support tools.
Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges requested for customer convenience are accepted only for unused and unopened items.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the package has been opened or after installation work has been performed.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The item has an initial defect, damage, or fault
- The wrong item was delivered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide return instructions after confirming the details.
Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Requests made after the specified return period
- Opened, used, or installed products
- Products damaged, modified, or altered by the customer
- Partial returns of bundled/set products
- Returns made without prior contact
Cooling-Off Policy
Products sold through our online store are purchased at the customer’s own discretion via internet mail-order sales and are therefore not subject to Japan’s cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
However, for regions such as the EU where consumers are legally granted withdrawal rights, applicable local laws will take precedence.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance through our inquiry form and include the following information:
- Order number
- Purchaser’s name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Condition of the product (photos appreciated if available)
