Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All products sold by our store are stocked inventory items.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Shipping operations are not conducted on weekends, Japanese national holidays, or company holidays.
  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume, payment confirmation status, peak seasons, or other operational circumstances.

2. Shipping Method

Orders are generally shipped via Japan Post Yu-Packet (tracking included, delivered to your mailbox).

We do not accept requests for specific shipping methods.

For international orders, we use designated international shipping services depending on the destination region.


3. Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Most orders within Japan qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under ¥7,000 (tax included), shipping charges apply and start from ¥880.

International Shipping

  • JPY 7,000 (excluding tax) per shipment up to 1.9 kg

Please note:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments exceeding 1.9 kg.
  • International shipping fees apply regardless of purchase amount.
  • Shipping fees are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or carrier pricing revisions.

4. Large Orders and Special Shipping

For large-volume orders, oversized shipments, special packaging requests, or orders exceeding shipping weight limits, additional shipping fees or handling charges may apply.

In such cases, we will contact you before shipment and proceed only after receiving your approval.


5. Shipping Areas

We ship both within Japan and internationally.

Please note:

  • Shipping may not be available to certain regions or countries.
  • International delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges may apply.

All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee customs charges, tax thresholds, or customs clearance processing times.


7. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs procedures, carrier issues, social conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays caused by such events.


8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership of the product transfer to the customer upon physical delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

If loss or theft is suspected after delivery has been completed, we will cooperate with carrier investigations to the extent reasonably possible.


9. Returned Shipments Due to Absence or Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned due to prolonged absence, an incorrect address, or other reasons attributable to the customer, reshipping costs and related expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.


10. Relationship with Return Policy

Conditions regarding returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Any cancellation, refund, or related matter associated with shipping will also be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return Policy.


11. Inventory and Restock Information

Most items we sell are kept in stock.
For out-of-stock items, orders may still be accepted and will be shipped in the order received once stock becomes available.
