Bolt Replacement Information

The bolts used in this product are designed to be slim and low-profile in order to preserve the boot's silhouette, maintain a secure fit, and provide smooth, stress-free on-and-off wear.

While they are designed for long-term use under normal conditions, repeated stress over time may eventually cause a bolt to become damaged.

As part of our commitment to creating products that can be enjoyed for years to come, we will replace damaged bolts free of charge.

To request a replacement, please complete the Bolt Replacement Request Form with the required information.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a new replacement bolt.

We would also appreciate it if you could place the damaged bolt in the enclosed return envelope and mail it back to us.

By replacing only the damaged bolt, you can continue using your Bolt-On Zipper™ for years to come.
